You can begin again at any moment.
Reflections
Begin Again is a short poem about starting over.
No matter our mistakes, disappointments, regrets, and memories, we can always begin again. We are not required to remain stuck in the past.
To begin again is to declare that the past does not get the final word.
Once we make the decision to begin, we are free to choose a different road. We may discover something we never expected. We may find a part of ourselves we thought we had lost.
Every beginning contains possibility. Sometimes the most important thing we can do is give ourselves permission to start anew. And we don't have to wait for a new year, a new chapter, or even a new day. We can begin again at any moment.
